Quantority

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Quantority ("we", "us") collects when you use quantority.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We keep data collection to what a content site needs:

  • Server & usage logs. Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical data on each request — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use these logs to operate the Service, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse and fraud.
  • Information you provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you submit. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Analytics & advertising data. Collected via the third-party tools described below, subject to your cookie consent.

We do not ask for, and the Service does not require, financial-account credentials, card numbers or government IDs.

2. Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a small number of essential cookies/technologies needed to run the site and remember your preferences (including your cookie choice), and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies set by the third parties below. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our consent banner and change your choice at any time by clearing site data. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

3. Analytics

  • Umami — our primary, self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics. It is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.
  • Google Analytics— where enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site's UX. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data under Google's Privacy Policy. It loads only with your analytics consent.

4. Advertising & remarketing

  • Google AdSense— we may display ads served by Google, which can use cookies to show relevant ads. With Google Consent Mode we default advertising cookies to "denied" until you opt in, so EU/EEA visitors see non-personalized ads by default.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — where enabled, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to build audiences for remarketing (showing you Quantority content or offers on Meta platforms). It loads only with your advertising consent and processes data under Meta's Privacy Policy.

These providers may combine the data they collect with information they already hold. We do not control their processing; please review their policies for details and opt-out options.

5. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service and its user experience;
  • To measure traffic and understand which content is useful;
  • To send our newsletter if you subscribed;
  • To measure and optimize marketing, including remarketing, subject to consent;
  • To detect, prevent and address abuse, fraud and technical issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

6. Legal bases (EU/EEA)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, basic aggregate measurement), your consent (analytics/advertising cookies, newsletter), and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that power the Service (hosting, analytics, advertising, email delivery), and where required by law.

8. Retention

We retain server logs and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or aggregate them. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights, or ask any privacy question, via the details on our about page.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses).

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. See also our Terms of Service.
