These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quantority and the website at quantority.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Financial & Investment Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
All content, data models, metrics, scores, analyses, articles and other materials published on Quantority are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset, security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or to use any trading, lending or gaming platform.

Quantority is an independent media and data product that aggregates and analyzes publicly available cryptocurrency-market data — funding rates, open interest, liquidations, volume and related metrics — and publishes research, rankings and news summaries. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, or investment service.
